BE AN OUTLAW FAN REWARDS PROGRAM
TRADING CARD PURCHASE LOTTERY

OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Be an Outlaw Fan Rewards Program Trading Card Purchase Lottery (“Lottery”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are active members of the Be an Outlaw Fan Rewards Program. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of World Racing Group (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win. The Lottery is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the United States, the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

2. SPONSOR

The Sponsor and Administrator is World Racing Group, 7575 West Winds Blvd., Suite D, Concord, NC 28027.

3. LOTTERY PERIOD

The Lottery entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 4, 2026 (“Lottery Period”). All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 4, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Lottery Period, eligible members of the Be an Outlaw Fan Rewards Program must complete and submit the official entry form at https://www.be-an-outlaw.com/opportunity.

• Limit: One (1) entry per eligible member/person.
• If entering via a mobile device, standard carrier-specific wireless rates and data charges may apply.
• The use of automated devices, scripts, or bots to submit entries is strictly prohibited and will void all associated entries.
• Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any network or server.
• By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://worldracinggroup.com/privacy-policy.
• Selection in the random drawing grants only the right to purchase one (1) box of limited-edition trading cards; it does not constitute a free gift or awarded prize.
• Selected members are solely responsible for paying the full purchase price of the box, as well as any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling fees, and incidental costs.
• The purchase opportunity is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be bartered, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• The notification email will contain a single-use purchase link directing the selected member to https://store.worldracinggroup.com/.
• Selected members may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (3) business days of notification.
• A potential selected member may be disqualified, and an alternate member selected in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries, if: (1) the selected member cannot be reached within twenty-four (24) hours; (2) the notification email is returned as undeliverable; (3) the member is determined to be ineligible or fails to complete the purchase within the deadline specified in the email; or (4) the member fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules.

5. RANDOM DRAWING & SELECTION OF WINNERS

On or about October 5, 2026, a random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received to select twelve (12) different members. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Lottery Period.

6. PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY & TERMS

Each of the twelve (12) selected members will receive the exclusive opportunity and right to purchase one (1) box of limited-edition trading cards from https://store.worldracinggroup.com/.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

Selected members will be notified on or about October 5, 2026, via email at the email address provided on the entry form.

8. RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS

By participating in the Lottery, each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the Lottery or the receipt, purchase, use, or misuse of any purchased item.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its agents to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and hometown/state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Lottery if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Lottery, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) inaccurate or incorrect entry information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (4) technical or human error in administration; or (5) late, lost, destroyed, or undeliverable communications. If an entry is erroneously corrupted or deleted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Lottery, if feasible.

12. BINDING ARBITRATION

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Lottery shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. All disputes will be resolved in the entrant's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Entrants waive any right to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Official Rules and the Lottery are governed by US law and the laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall take place in Concord, North Carolina.

14. PRIVACY & USE OF INFORMATION

By submitting an entry, entrants grant Sponsor the right to send information regarding special offers to the email address provided. Information submitted is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://worldracinggroup.com/privacy-policy.

15. WINNERS LIST & OFFICIAL RULES

To obtain the list of selected members (available after October 10, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Be an Outlaw Trading Card Lottery, 7575 West Winds Blvd., Suite D, Concord, NC 28027. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received by November 15, 2026.
